Rhys Ackery, Head of Service Delivery at Coyote Software, boasts a robust background in data and technology across property and asset management. He spent 8 years with the Property and Asset Management team at JLL performing various roles across finance and technology. At Coyote, Rhys leads a team of consultants and analysts, working with clients across the globe to streamline their property data aggregation and reporting. Outside of the office, Rhys can usually be found watching rugby or building Lego.

Originally from Toronto, Canada David came to London in 2019 to join Fiera Real Estate to support digitisation and data initiatives. With a background in consulting, software engineering, and data science he helped the teams to innovate on data management, reporting, and data analysis. Earlier in 2023, David branched out to start his own company to support other firms to develop their own digitisation and innovation programs through consulting and technology products.

Callum has worked in the property industry for owners, operators, and institutional investment firms for 10+ years, developing integrated commercial opportunities that embrace physical, digital and emerging platforms, with the ultimate intension of achieving sustainable income growth for a business and their clients.



Callum is the Client Success Director for REdirect Consulting, a leading global provider of real estate technology consulting and support services. In his role, we leads the sales efforts globally, working with real estate companies worldwide to choose, implement and optimise their real estate process through technology. From institutional investment firms to local independent owners, REdirect takes an advocate's approach to consulting while partnering with clients to craft and implement solutions that carefully match their business objectives and budget requirements.

Shareq Husain is the Co-CEO of Residently, which is building the operating system to transform the home rental experience. He has diverse industry experience having previously worked at Uber/Uber Eats, BCG, and Standard Chartered Bank. He has completed the CFA, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is passionate about using technology for good and is an avid arsenal fan and foodie.
