Ranjeet is the co-founder CEO of Mortar IO, a digital twins based company focused on decarbonisation of existing buildings. He is a second time founder having exited a tech-entertainment business in 2012. He is also the a Director of Logoman which is his family’s real estate business.

Ranjeet is a building engineering and decarbonisation specialist having worked at notable firms like Arup and Buro Happold. He is Chartered with CIBSE and has 16 years of work experience in real estate and also holds a patent on solar thermal flux mapping.

He is a dynamic leader and enjoys delivering value for his customers. Ranjeet is very keen to understand customer problems and enjoys solving them. He is a thought leader in real estate digitalisation and is working to rapidly accelerate decarbonisation within the industry.

Dan is a Sustainable Design Director at Savills, with a wealth of experience in delivering net-zero carbon buildings and masterplans. He is a Chartered Engineer with over eighteen years’ experience in low carbon, sustainable design, climate science and related national and local environmental policy. His approach to design and retrofit encompasses not only environmental sustainability, but also social and economic elements, reflecting the need to engage communities and businesses in truly effective sustainable design.

Jonathan Mills- is a Partner in the real estate department at Osborne Clarke LLP and advises on a variety of property related matters, including investment, development, tech, and energy and utilities. Jonathan leads Osborne Clarke's UK focus on Smart Cites. He has a specific focus on the alternative residential market including co-living, student accommodation, Build to Rent / Multifamily and assisted living / care. Jonathan recently spent time on secondment to Osborne Clarke’s office in New York where he advised US companies on English legal matters and supported their global legal projects. Jonathan works closely with Osborne Clarke’s international offices and network of law firms around the world with their cross-border real estate, infrastructure and PropTech projects.

Helen is Vice Chair of the ULI UK Sustainability Product Council, member of the CREFC ESG task group, and member of the CIBSE Knowledge panel. Helen is an also an advocate of best design practice in her role as member of the Enfield Place and Design Quality Panel.

Katie's career has spanned the global real estate space for 15 years, most recently at CBRE and Cluttons, where she led their pioneering CRM programmes and digital transformation initiatives, working with some of the largest landlords and investors in the market. In early 2021, Katie moved from CBRE to leading ESG PropTech company Deepki, where she established their UK and Ireland business. She took the UK arm from ground zero to being deployed in more than 5,000 assets, seeing the business achieve year on year outperformance, alongside a variety of global business expansion responsibilities.

Katie's combined passion for technology, ESG and real estate, saw her join Trustek's leadership team in April 2023, making her an excellent addition to their business, client base and in turn, their clients’ customers. Katie seeks to ensure that not only are the right technology investments being made (aka solving the real problem) for real estate, but those who invest are equipped to realise the potential for not only themselves, but their full stakeholder ecosystem, resulting in practical, long-lasting solutions.
