This year has been about milestones for UKPA as we officially merged with the British Property Federation. Through the merger we will be bringing together both BPF and UKPA members and providing opportunities through our joint programme for members to collaborate, network and learn.
As we head towards the new year, we are pleased to introduce the Tech and Innovation Programme Launch brought to you by BPF & UKPA. We often hear PropTechs are looking for problems to solve, rather than solving real problems. While this might be true in some instances, it is essential to recognise the advantage tech entrepreneurs possess, the ability to envision transformative solutions and identify untapped opportunities in the market. Several companies like Uber, Revolut and Spotify transformed their respective industries simply through embracing technology and providing solutions to gaps that were previously unknown.
