Andre brings over 20 years of experience, managing large teams in operational and technology roles that oversaw multiple portfolios of large blue-chip clients across multiple sectors. Andre previously worked at JLL for over 6 years and joined JLL Spark in May 2020 as their Growth Principle for EMEA, previous to this role Andre was Head of technology for JLL’s engineering business in EMEA. In January 2024 Andre stepped into a new role as Venture Partner at Reach UK, heading up their investments. Andre brings a wealth of knowledge to the webinar from across the sector and will be providing insight into building investor confidence and how to build strong investor relationships.

Tabitha is Head of the PropTech vertical at LMRE, the No1 global real estate and built environment technology, innovation and sustainability search consultancy. Tabitha spearheads the PropTech team, recruiting for the residential and commercial pre-seed to post-IPO built environment tech businesses, whilst also partnering with the PropTech associations, VCs and RE investment managers.
Tabitha started her journey in this space focusing on multi-family markets in the US specifically, so naturally is very immersed in that space having had the opportunity to speak and attend at various conferences and events across the globe.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family background, Kingma started at an early age to engage in business matters. After his studies and some early graduate as a strategy consultant and product manager, he became increasingly drawn into the startup ecosystem and co-founded his own social care startup, GoCarer. After the startup became a non-profit, he joined a newly formed PropTech-focused venture capital investor at European real estate private equity company Round Hill Capital.
Today, Kingma is heading the London office of PT1 – PropTech1 Ventures as Managing Director UK. When he is not busy generating and analysing investment targets, he is passionate in growing an active network of both investors and operators in the UK startup community, of which he has become a central part: He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the UK PropTech Association as well as part of the Advisory Group for the UK Green Building Council. He has won several awards for his achievements and regularly features in both startup and PropTech-focussed conferences and media content.

With a Master’s in International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands and over twenty-five years of experience in finance and investment banking, Rebecca has previously worked for several American investment banks in London in the ‘90s.

In 2003, she founded an award-winning capital raising and investment advisory firm, travelling the globe and living in many countries, including ten years in the Middle East developing a wealth of knowledge that she used to write several books, including a bestseller on Amazon; “In the Fire of Capital, Living in Dubai & Doing Business in the Middle East”.

The books educate and entertain through fictional anecdotes loosely inspired by real stories. Additionally, she recently published “Mastering Capital Raising”.

Matt Partridge is the founder & CEO of global property technology company Infabode.
Infabode is the home of information for the real estate industry. The platform was launched to the market in 2016 and there are now over 1,000 companies contributing research, data and insights, with over 55,000 global members accessing this key market information. The company has raised millions of pounds from a variety of different funding methods, including crowdfunding, EIS investments, government loans, convertible debt and strategic corporate investment.
Previous to this, Matt was Chairman of the UK PropTech Association.
Before Infabode & UKPA, Matt was Head of Business Development for a company that owned a number of sporting brands and rights. Whilst at university, studying Business Enterprise Development, Matt helped create the ‘Pompey Supporters’ Trust’ serving on the board for two terms and holding a variety of roles including vice chair. The Pompey Supporters’ Trust would later go on to purchase Portsmouth Football Club, before it was eventually sold to former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.

James is an experienced corporate Finance Director, having held senior positions in the IT outsourcing industry, the security and investigations market in the Middle East, and the UK FM sector. He is a specialist in organisational transformation and change management optimisation. His 20 years professional experience includes leading projects in finance, operations, new business, IT, marketing and supply chain. In his former positions for London-based support services companies, James oversaw private equity-led buy and build projects, consolidating newly acquired companies, and streamlining and synergising all processes for the finance and commercial functions.


Heading up a team of 10, James led all end-to-end function responsibilities, from management accounts to cashflows, audits and cost management. An accounting software expert, James moved all accounting enterprise resource planning software to SAP BI. James joined Masterfix in 2022 as their Finance Director for almost two years, before recently becoming a CFO Advisor, working for companies such as Skanse, Myscale, Edozo and HPS Services.
