In October 2023, the UKPA and BPF merged to bring together the two networks across the sectors to aim for a more collaborative and innovation focused future for the Real Estate industry.
The merger brought together the BPF's membership of close to 400 property owners, investors, developers and advisors with the UKPA's community of over 1,000 entrepreneurs, solution providers, venture capital investors and PropTech innovators to help to drive deeper connections and now, in 2024, will be working together on a new joint venture: the Tech & Innovation Programme.
As part of the program, we present the Masterclass seriesโa collection of educational events designed to provide insights and knowledge about navigating digital transformation specifically tailored for Real Estate organisations. The purpose of the Masterclass series is to continue to identify barriers and aim to navigate digital transformation, understanding how to approach innovation within the Real Estate sector.

The first event within our Masterclass series is an introduction to the Masterclass programme, showcasing our new content focused event at the industry exhibition: CREtech London, within the 'CREtech Conversations' event space.
The Masterclass is a 40 minutes session, followed by a 20 minute Office Hours Q&A, with a joint aim to focus on key strategic and digestible take-aways on: "Unlocking Growth: How To Craft ROI-Driven Business Cases for Tech Adoption".
